Salon and Spa Policies in Grand Forks, ND

Gift Cards:
Gift cards may be purchased in the Salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on a card. Olivieri's Salon & Spa Grand Forks is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year after date of purchase. Please present your gift card upon paying for service(s) and your sale will be deducted from your card balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card. There is no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cards cannot be used for gratuity nor can they be used to purchase other gift cards. Cardholder must be present at time of service or retail purchase and are non-exchangeable. Only gift cards issued by Olivieri's Salon & Spa (Grand Forks, North Dakota) are accepted. We do not honor gift cards from other Olivieri's locations. All gift cards are the property of Olivieri's Salon & Spa. Cancellations:
As a courtesy to our guests as well as to our professional team, we ask that we receive a 24-hour notice of any cancellation. For Spa appointments of two or more services, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Fees may be assessed if cancellation notice is not received.
Privacy:
Our highest commitment is to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information. We value and respect our clients' privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations and communications from us. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you -our valued client – the highest quality, value and convenience of our services.
Spa Etiquette:
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are receiving multiple spa treatments, spa attire will be provided for you when you arrive. You will be asked to fill out a client profile form. Guests under the age of 18 will need a guardian's signature on these forms.
  • You will be asked to undress to your comfort level for massage and body treatments. Your therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the treatment and only expose the areas being worked on. Undergarments may be kept on, or swimsuits may be worn if desired. If you are receiving a body wrap or body polish, do not shave or wax your legs at least 8 hours prior to treatment. For gentlemen, please shave two hours prior to your facial treatments.
  • Give your therapist feedback. We are here to make this a relaxing and beneficial treatment for you, so tell us what your needs are. Please know that you are in a professional spa that provides therapeutic spa treatments.
  • We ask that you turn off your cellphone while in the spa for the relaxation of all of our spa guests.
